Creator, patisserie owner and artisan chef Paul Hurley, 32, is the BRIT behind the world’s FIRST EVER healthy doughnut brand. Also known as ‘The Doughnut Man’, Paul started his career more than 15 years ago working for a number of high-profile doughnut brands. Through business deals with several leading supermarket and coffee chains, Paul got an idea of ‘The World’s Best Doughnut’. In 2011- 11 years after he set about perfecting a doughnut low in fat, using only natural ingredients and yet uncompromising in irresistible deliciousness- the world’s HEALTHIEST doughnut brand, Dum Dum Doughnuts, was born designed by Paul and his team of professional artisan Donuttiers.

Following their unprecedented success at Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre during the latter part of 2013, Dum Dum Doughnuts are taking London by STORM with their first EVER Donutterie in Box Park, Shoreditch.
